Laurinburg & Southern's engine facility in Laurinburg, North Carolina, has a number of older locomotives, giving it the feel of a railroad museum. Seen just outside the enginehouse are LRS SW1500 9573 (ex-AGLF 9573, ex-CR 9573, nee-PC 9573) and CLCX SW1 8128 (ex-LRS 117, nee-URR 465, now out of service).
