Switching out a SEPTA car
Description:
Morrison Knudsen had a rebuild facility at the former Erie shops that did contract work on transit and commuter cars. To move the cars around, they had a variety of units, among them this rebuilt GP 7, seen moving a car out for CR to pick up.
