Description:
This locomotive was deadheading going long hood first toward Roseville. This photo was taken from the cab of a Regional Transit light rail vehicle (I think #108), I was in the cab, when I saw this one unit coming towards us...I wasn't driving, I was supposed to take photos of RT's NEC (our own High Speed Corridor, in NorthEast Sacramento).
