Hail the end cab switcher
Description:
Switchers, as a rule, were not all that common on regionals, who found that second hand road units had a lot more usefulness, and could be used for any purpose a switcher could be used for. Imagine my surprise to find this rebuilt ICG SW at the Waterloo yard.
