Description:
Note the Cat(erpillar) 631 load on the flatcar. As written on the slide, PRR SD7 6950 and its twin 6951 were specially-equipped and ballasted for use on the 5.89% Madison, IN grade. They were the only SD7s on the PRR roster and would be passed on to Penn Central and Conrail. No location is listed on the slide, so this is an approximate location.
